Theft- On July 17, 2018, Dep. Fenwick responded to the 45000 block of Miramar Way in California, for a reported theft. Investigation determined Melissa Kay Lively, age 40 of Lexington Park, attempted to leave the Walmart with various items which had not been purchased. Resisting Arrest/Disorderly Conduct- On July 18, 2018, Cpl. Corcoran responded to the 46000 block of Hilton Drive in Lexington Park, for a reported disturbance. Officers had been to the residence earlier in the evening, also for a disturbance. While conducting the investigation Ryan Michael Dale, age 25 of Lexington Park, became disorderly and when he was placed under arrest, Dale began resisting officers. Dale was taken into custody and charged with Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 38076-18
Altered Drug Test- On July 18, 2018, Cpl. Kirkner responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, in Leonardtown, for the reported altered drug test. Investigation determined Markus Javar Handon, age 24 of California, reported to the Detention and Rehabilitation Center for his court ordered drug screening, and attempted to provide/dilute the sample he provided. Handon was charged with Altering Urinalysis Test. CASE# 38196-18
Violation of Protective Order- On July 19, 2018, Dep. Forbes made contact with the victim at Sheriff’s Office Headquarters regarding messages the victim had received. Investigation determined John Michael Weaver, age 39 of Lexington Park, had sent messages to the victim in violation of an active protective order. Weaver was arrested and charged with Violation of Protective Order. CASE# 38344-18
Violation of Protective Order- On July 19, 2018, Cpl. Reppel responded to the 21000 block of Manon Way in Lexington Park, for a reported violation of protective order. Cpl. Reppel located Garry Victor Shubrooks, age 50 of St. Inigoes, at the residence which was in violation of an active protective order. Shubrooks was arrested and charged with Violation of Protective Order. CASE# 38402-18
Assault- On July 20, 2018, Cpl. Ruest responded to the 20000 block of Tenby Drive in Lexington Park for a reported disturbance. Investigation determined Michael Shane Howard, age 49 of Lexington Park, had assaulted the victim causing injury. Howard was arrested and charged with assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 38436-18
Assault- On July 20, 2018, Dep. Budd responded to the 21000 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park for the reported assault. The victim advised Peter St. Francis Campbell, age 50 of Great Mills, assaulted the victim during an argument by grabbing the victim by the throat, slamming the victim’s head into a wall, and retrieving a knife and threatening to kill the victim. Visible injury was observed to the victim. Campbell was located and charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree. CASE# 38628-18
Assault- On July 21, 2018, Dep. Henry responded to the 44000 block of Locust Ridge Court in California, for a reported assault. The victim advised Misael NMN Alegria-Echeverria, age 25 of Waldorf, assaulted the victim during an argument by dragging the victim in a parking lot, punching the victim, and strangling the victim. Visible injury was observed to the victim. Alegria-Echeverria was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 38652-18
CDS Violation- On July 21, 2018, Dep. Henry responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, in Leonardtown, for found contraband. Investigation revealed Amanda Renea Wedding, age 32 of Great Mills, and Gina Patrice Kennedy, age 29 of Mechanicsville, had suspected Suboxone in their possession. Both were charged with CDS Possession: Not Marijuana and Possession of Contraband in a Place of Confinement. CASE# 38807-18
Trespassing- On July 24, 2018, DFC. McClure responded to the 20000 block of Old Great Mills Road in Great Mills, for a reported trespassing. Investigation determined Tanya Anita Hall, age 41 of Lexington Park, was on the premises panhandling after being issued a no trespassing notice. Hall was arrested and charged with Trespass: Private Property. CASE# 39245-18
Assault– On July 24, 2018, Dep. Sidorowicz responded to the 27000 block of Barton Street in Mechanicsville, for a reported disturbance. Investigation determined Catherine Ann Mack, age 50 of Mechanicsville, had struck and scratched the victim during an arugment; visible injury was observed to the victim. Mack was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 39326-18
Violation of Protective Order- On July 24, 2018, Cpl. Snyder responded to the 40000 block of Waterview Drive in Mechanicsville for the reported violation of protective order. Investigation determined Thomas Christopher Pietropaoli, age 33 of Mechanicsville, was at the victim’s residence in violation of an active protective order. Child Abuse/Assault- On July 26, 2018, DFC. D. Smith responded to the 21000 block of Weeping Willow Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Matthew Thomas Simmons, age 37 of Lexington Park, assaulted individuals in the residence. Simmons assaulted two juvenile victims by striking one in the face causing visible injury and knocking another juvenile to the ground. Simmons also assaulted another individual in the residence causing visible injury. Simmons was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Child Abuse and 3 counts of Assault. CASE# 39745-18
Theft– On July 26, 2018, Dep. Shelko responded to the 45000 block of Miramar Way in California, for a reported theft. Investigation determined Eugene James Thompson, age 48 with no fixed address, had stolen a diaper bag from a vehicle in Charles County; the victim was able to track his stolen property in the bag via GPS to the parking lot of Walmart. Dep. Shelko arrived on scene, and the stolen bag was recovered. Thompson was arrested and charged with Theft. CASE# 39760-18
Assault/CDS Arrest- On July 27, 2018, Cpl. Pesante responded to the 21000 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Carl Edward White, age 27 with no fixed address, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face; the victim sustained visible injury. White also assaulted a second victim who attempted to stop the assault by striking that victim in the face as well. CDS paraphernalia with residue was discovered in plain view when White was placed into custody. White was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and CDS Possession-Not Marijuana.
