Burglary- On August 24, 2018, James Mark Kimble, age 32 of Mechanicsville, was observed walking down the roadway in the 31000 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Mechanicsville. Kimble was carrying two bows, and had what appeared to be a pistol grip protruding from his pocket. Investigation determined the pistol grip to be an Airsoft gun, and also located on Kimble’s person was suspected Suboxone, a CDS smoking device, several pills, and a syringe. Further investigation determined Kimble had just burglarized a nearby residence and stolen the bows as well as the Airsoft gun. Kimble was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Theft, Possession of CDS-Not Marijuana, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. CASE# 44565-18
Theft- On August 24, 2018, Dep. Forbes responded to the 46000 block of Lexington Village in Lexington Park, for the reported theft. Investigation determined Kenneth Wayne Sullivan, age 56 and Erin Marie Sullivan, age 40 of Lexington Park, attempted to steal merchandise from the Kohl’s store. Exparte Violation- On August 25, 2018, Cpl. Seyfried responded to the 24000 block of North Patuxent Beach Road in California, for the reported violation of exparte. Investigation determined Willard Douglas Bright, age 54 of California, was inside the victim’s residence in violation of an active exparte. Bright was arrested and charged with Violate Exparte/Protective Order. CASE# 44784-18
Assault- On August 25, 2018, Cpl. White responded to the 24000 block of Airport Lane in Clements, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Donald Vernon Johnson, age 55 of Clements, had pushed the victim, causing the victim to fall and sustain injury. Johnson was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. Assault- On August 26, 2018, Cpl. Foor responded to the 19000 block of Teddy Way in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Jonathan Vincant Guerrin, age 34 of Lexington Park, used a liquor bottle and hands to strike the victim in the head and face causing visible injury. CASE# 44960-18
Violation of Peace Order- On August 26, 2018, DFC. Muschette responded to the 48000 block of Park Pines Road in Lexington Park, for the reported peace order violation. The victim advised Alvin NMN Thomas, age 57 of Lexington Park, yelled obscenities at the victim while the victim was outside. There is an active order stating Thomas is not to have any contact with the victim. Thomas was arrested and charged with Peace Order:Fail to Comply. CASE# 45032-18
Theft- On August 27, 2018, Cpl. Ruest responded to the 23000 block of Three Notch Road in California, for the reported theft. Investigation determined Tamara Joell Butler, age 27 of Lexington Park, attempted to steal clothing from the Belk store. Butler was charged with Theft via a Criminal Citation. CASE# 45201-18
Violation of Protective Order- On August 28, 2018, DFC. Davis responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 42000 block of St. John’s Road in Hollywood. Cortez Janaro Bush, age 22 of Hollywood, was the operator of one of the involved vehicles, and was found to be in the company of a protected person in an active court order. Bush was arrested and charged with Violate Exparte/Protective Order. CASE# 45433-18

Violation of a Peace Order- On August 29, 2018, Cpl. Nelson responded to 22000 block of Dorsey Street in Leonardtown for the reported peace order violation. Investigation determined Cecelia Louise Garner, age 66 of Leonardtown, had entered onto property she was prohibited from being at per an active peace order. Garner was arrested and charged with Peace Order/Fail to Comply. CASE# 45545-18
CDS Violation- On August 30, 2018, Sgt. Boyer was investigating a suspicious individual in the 21000 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park. The individual was identified as Steve Donnell Maddox, age 58 of Piney Point. Maddox was discovered to have a CDS smoking device containing suspected burnt cocaine residue inside a bag he was carrying. Maddox was arrested and charged with CDS Possession: Not Marijuana and CDS Possession-Paraphernalia. CASE# 45690-18
Threat of Arson- On August 31, 2018, DFC. Davis responded to the 45000 block of Kilbeggan Court in Great Mills, for the reported property destruction/threat of arson. Investigation determined Ja’Sean I’Jae Reed, age 20 of Great Mills became upset with family members and proceeded to damage several interior walls, windows, decor, and a door inside the residence. Reed also threatened to blow up the residence. Reed was arrested and charged with Malicious Destruction of Property and Threat of Arson. CASE# 45944-18
Theft- On August 31, 2018, Dep. Fenwick responded to the 45000 block of First Colony Way in California, for the reported theft. Investigation determined Billie Jo Eure, age 43 of Lusby, attempted to steal numerous clothing items and other supplies from the store. Eure was charged with Theft via a Criminal Citation.
