Fredericksburg, Va. – Junior Brad Moore (Crofton, Md./South River) earned Capital Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week honors on October 22. Moore became the third Seahawk men’s soccer player to pick up a CAC award this season. This is his first-ever conference weekly accolade of his career.

The 6-1 midfielder notched this week’s CAC Offensive Player of the Week award after helping the St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team post a 2-0 week with wins over York College of Pennsylvania and Penn State Harrisburg. Mooretallied three goals, including a game-winning goal, and an assist for a team-best seven points.

He started the week with a goal and a game-winning assist as the Seahawks posted a 3-0 victory over York.

Moore then registered career-bests of two goals, including the game-winner, and four points in a 4-1 triumph over Penn State Harrisburg on Senior Day.

He is currently tied for fourth in the league with two game-winning goals, tied for fifth with seven goals, and tied for seventh with 15 points.

The Seahawks (11-2-3, 4-1-1 CAC) will be back in action on Wednesday, October 24, traveling to Newport News, Va. to face Christopher Newport University (6-8, 2-4 CAC) in the regular-season finale non-conference action in Seahawk Stadium at 4:00 p.m.
