Waldorf, MD- On December 6, 2018, a passer-by alerted 9-1-1 to a vehicle fire on Prestancia Place in Waldorf , MD. The Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department responded with four personnel and had the fire under control in fourteen minutes.

The Office of the State Fire Marshal was called in to investigate. The preliminary cause is listed as “incendiary” originating from the rear passenger area. The loss is listed as $15,000.00( structure) and $1,000.00(contents).
