December 8 – Country Dance.For a fun time, come to the Country Dance at the American Legion Stallings-Williams Post 206 on Route 260 in Chesapeake Beach in the Upper Level Ballroom. If you can’t dance, teachers will be available to give instruction. One hour lessons commence at 7:00 p.m. followed by dancing from 8:00 p.m. until 11:30.. December 12 from 6:30-9:00 pm — End Addiction Community Resource Fair.Help end substance abuse in Calvert County. Join the Twin Beach Opioid Abuse Awareness Committee at the Northeast Community Center to learn about addiction recovery resources and services available in the county. Resource providers will be in attendance to answer questions and provide contact information. Narcan training and prescription drug disposal will also be provided.
