03/10/19- Markus Javar Handon, age 25 of California, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Alter Drug/Alcohol Test, and Theft by Dep. Payne# 320. CASE# 14545-19
03/11/19- Marvin Lydell Somerville, age 56 of Loveville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for FTA/Child Support by Cpl. Somerville# 78. CASE# 14664-19
03/11/19- Timothy Henry Fisher, age 41 of Great Mills, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for two counts of Violation of Probation by Cpl. Ruest# 204. CASE# 14743-19
DUI:
3/10/19- Dep. T. Snyder responded to the 22500 block of Linwood Way in California, for the reported single vehicle collision. Contact was made with the operator Thanh Nhat Nguyen, age 31 of Great Mills. It was determined Nguyen was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. Nguyen was charged with Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se, and Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol. Criminal Citations:
03/08/19- Doug Delahay Woodburn, age 18 of Leonardtown, was charged via Criminal Citation for Theft by DFC. Roszell, after concealing several cosmetic items inside his jacket and then leaving the Target store located in California, without purchasing the items. CASE# 14034-19
03/09/19- Lewis Tyler Yates, age 26 of St. Inigoes, was charged via Criminal Citation for Theft by DFC. Roszell, after Yates attempted to leave the Walmart store located in California, with a cart full of merchandise he did not purchase. CASE# 12423-19
03/09/19- Bernadette Cecelia Toye, age 69 of Suitland, was charged via Criminal Citation for Theft by Cpl. Pesante after it was determined on March 5th as well as March 8th, that Toye had removed various items from the Dollar General store located in Mechanicsville, without purchasing the items. Toye was also discovered on March 9th, to have unpaid merchandise concealed in her jacket. CASE# 14528-19 (No Photograph Available)
03/09/19- Mary Elizabeth Spicer-Barnes, age 59 of Leonardtown, was charged via Criminal Citation for Theft by Dep. M. Beyer, after Barnes attempted to leave the Walmart store located in California, with unpaid merchandise that was concealed in her purse. CASE# 14282-19 (No Photograph Available)
03/12/19- William Alexander Sledge, age 57 of Lexington Park, was charged via Criminal Citation with Trespass-Private Property by Cpl. Beishline, after he was seen on the premises of Millison Plaza in Lexington Park, where a no trespass order was previously served on him. CASE# 14798-19
