Arrests Briefs and Mugshots provided by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Drug Arrest-  On August 20, 2019, DFC. Holdsworth observed Mark Allen Nalborczyk, age 31 of Charlotte Hall, in the area of the Farmer’s Market in Charlotte Hall.  DFC. Holdsworth recognized Nalborczyk, and knew of several outstanding warrants for Burglary, Assault, and CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia.

Nalborczyk was taken into custody and located on his person was a burnt spoon containing a white powdery substance (suspected Heroin), and several syringes.  Nalborczyk was served his outstanding warrants and also charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia.  CASE# 47411-19


Drug Arrest/Theft-  On August 21, 2019, DFC. Holdsworth observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot in the 30000 block of Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall.  A check of the owner’s information, Eric Alan Jett, age 35 of Mechanicsville, indicated outstanding warrants for Trespassing, Burglary, Theft, and Indecent Exposure.

When Jett was taken into custody, he had food items from the Charlotte Hall Wawa on his person that he had not purchased.  Jett was issued a Criminal Citation for Theft and served his outstanding warrants. CASE# 47599-19


Motor Vehicle Theft-  On August 20, 2019, Dep. M. Beyer responded to the 18000 block of Cherryfield Road in Drayden, for the reported motor vehicle theft.  The investigation determined Edward Thomas Johnston, age 48 of Drayden, refused to return the victim’s vehicle after he borrowed the vehicle.

Johnston was located, and he still had control of the victim’s vehicle.  Johnston was arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle/Unlawful Taking and Theft.  CASE# 47556-19


Assault-  On August 20, 2019, Dep. Edelen responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center located in Leonardtown, for the reported assault.

The investigation determined Trevis Lemar Butler, age 37 of Mechanicsville, assaulted the victim, causing injury to the victim.  Butler was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 47443-19


Assault-  On August 21, 2019, DFC. McCuen responded to the 25100 block of Timber Lane in Hollywood, for the reported assault.  The investigation determined Bradley Arnold Anderson III, age 19 of Hollywood, assaulted the victim on two separate occasions, causing visible injury.

Anderson was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 47655-19


Disorderly Conduct-  On August 23, 2019, DFC. Molitor responded to the Circuit Court House located in the 41600 block of Leonardtown, for the reported disturbance.  Prior to the arrival of DFC. Molitor, the individual,  Corrina Lyevette Savoy, age 24 of Lexington Park, was detained by court security.

The investigation determined Savoy was standing in front of the courthouse doors, impeding pedestrian movement; Savoy refused to move and began causing a disturbance.  Savoy was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.  CASE# 48126-19
