During the week of October 7 – October 13 deputies of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office responded to 1,330 calls for service throughout the community.

Burglary: 19-59003

On October 9, 2019 Deputy Evans responded to Hill Top Drive in Port Republic for the report of a burglary. The complainant advised sometime between 11:00am and 6:00pm an unknown suspect(s) broke into their basement and stole multiple items. The value of stolen property is $9,000.

Theft: 19-58963

On October 9, 2019 Deputy Lewis responded to Willow Way in Prince Frederick for the report of a theft. The complainant advised that sometime between 7:30pm on October 8thand 8:00am on October 9than unknown suspect(s) stole change from their vehicle and items from the center console were on the passenger seat. The value of stolen property is $2.

Theft: 19-58975

On October 9, 2019 Deputy Lewis responded to the Sheriff’s Office for the report of a theft. The complainant advised that sometime between 8:30pm on October 8thand 7:00am on October 9than unknown suspect(s) entered their vehicle at their home on Foxtail Lane and stole money they had inside. The value of stolen property is $120.

Theft: 19-58992

On October 9, 2019 Deputy Parks responded to Willow Way in Prince Frederick for the report of a theft. The complainant advised that their SUV had been gone through overnight and the contents of the center console were out on the driver seat, and a Target gift card was missing. The value of stolen property is $50.
