On November 6, 2019, Deputy Fox responded to Abner’s Crab House in Chesapeake Beach for the report of a trespassing person. Upon arrival, Deputy Fox made contact with Frederick Emmett Donahue (59), and it was confirmed that Donahue was issued a trespass warning for the establishment effective September 21, 2019.
The Calvert County Emergency Communications also advised that Donahue was wanted by the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office on an active warrant for trespassing. Donahue was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with Trespassing on Private Property.
On November 9, 2019, Deputy Sampson conducted a traffic stop in the area of MF Bowen Road in Prince Frederick. Upon making contact with the driver, Darcy Kathleen Rudigier (42), Deputy Sampson observed Rudigier have droopy eyelids and slurred speech.
The passenger, Jessie William Sulima (38), appeared to be asleep and after several attempts by the Deputy and Rudigier, was awakened. Rudigier and Sulima were removed from the vehicle and a K9 scan and search were conducted which resulted in a prescription bottle containing (5) full capsules of suspected CDS mixture, (2) capsules containing a white residue, (56) full suspected Amphetamine pills, and 2 cut straws each containing white residue.
Deputies also located a glass pipe and a burnt copper filter within Sulima’s belongings. Rudigier and Sulima were placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where a secondary search was conducted, resulting in a clear capsule filled with a white powdery substance located in Sulima’s front pants pocket. Rudigier and Sulima were each charged with CDS: Possession- Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia.
