Leonardtown, MD – St. Mary’s County Department of Recreation and Parks is currently working to develop a departmental five-year strategic plan. As part of that effort, we are conducting a Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis.
Public input is requested through a short survey that will be used to gather information for strategic planning efforts toward forming goals, recommendations, and future actions. The information provided will help improve customer service, enhance programs and activities, and recommend funding for parks and facilities.
