WASHINGTON, D.C. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s swimming team (1-6) traveled to Catholic University to take on the Cardinals (4-1) on Saturday (Dec. 7) afternoon. The Seahawks fell to the Cardinals 168-89.

  • Sebastian Ludwigcaptured the first victory for the Seahawks when he swam a time of 10:52.42 in the 1,000 Yard Freestyle.
  • Peter Orbanwon the 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 54.32. Next,Ryan Akhavanrecorded a first-place finish in the 200 Yard Butterfly with a time of 2:02.97.
  • Orbanearned another first-place finish when he won the 200 Yard Backstroke with a time of 1:59.78.
