UPDATE 4:00 p.m.- On Sunday, December 29, 2019, shortly before 3 p.m., Ryan Thomas Walker, 22 of 6500 block of a 10th St, Chesapeake Beach, MD, was apprehended by deputies of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office and members of the United States Marshals Task Force in Chesapeake Beach, MD.

Walker was wanted in connection with the murder of Yusuf Ozgar and the wounding of another victim at the Denny’s Restaurant in Manassas, VA on December 26, 2019.

This case remains under investigation. Anyone with information in regards to this case is asked to contact the Prince William County police at (703) 792-6500.

UPDATE 2:50 p.m.: Ryan Thomas WALKER, who was wanted in connection to Denny’s homicide, has been APPREHENDED by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Maryland. This was sent via a Tweet by Prince Williams County PD at 2:50 p.m. 12/29/2019.

Manassas, VA- Prince William County Police arrested 22-year-old Jordan Anderson this morning for the murder of 56-year-old Yusuf Ozgur Thursday morning.

Ozgur was working a second job as a DoorDash delivery driver and was at Denny’s to pick up an order on December 26.

Police are also searching for 22-year-old Ryan Thomas Walker of Chesapeake Beach, MD. He is also believed to be involved in the armed robbery. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Police believe this incident was the fourth in a robbery spree. The FBI believes them to be responsible for three other robberies in the Washington, D.C. area last week. They are believed to have robbed a bowling alley, a motel and a convenience store in Northern Virginia.

Anderson has been charged with Murder, Malicious Wounding, and using a firearm in the commission of a felony. He is currently being held without bond.
