Butters is “Pets In Need In Southern Maryland” Dog of the Week

“Pets In Need In Southern Maryland” Dog of the Week: Butters

Butters( 160713) is a brown and black female Pitbull (Staffordshire Bull Terrier) mix. She is approximately 6 years, 8 months old. She weighs about 52 lbs.

She has not been spayed. Butters is as sweet as sugar! She can be nervous at first, but she’s easy to win over with some treats and baby talk. Once she gets to know you, Butters will soon be on her backside begging for a belly rub. Butters does NOT like to share her food, so she needs someone who can dedicate their time to working with her on that.

However, Butters seems curious about other dogs, so with a proper introduction, a furry family member could help bring her out of her shell. Butters may have been dealt a poor hand, but if you open your heart to her, she will prove her appreciation and love tenfold. Come see her today!!

If you’re interested in meeting Butters or another rescue dog in need please visit Tri-County Animal Shelter website at:
