Prince Frederick, MD- The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) congratulated Huntingtown High School boys’ indoor track team members Ky’Ree Kirkman, Evan Couvillion, Cameron Dalrymple and Anthony Smith, led by Head Coach Valerie Harrington, for winning the 2020 Class 3A State Indoor Track Championship in the 4×800 meter relay, setting a new school record for Huntingtown High School.

The BOCC paid tribute to these team members for their dedication, many long hours of practice, fine performance and accomplishments with the boys’ indoor track team. Congratulations on your achievement Ky’Ree, Evan, Cameron, and Anthony!

The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) congratulated Huntingtown High School boys’ indoor track team member Anthony Smith for winning the 2020 Class 3A State Indoor Track Championship in the 55-meter dash and the 300-meter dash, setting a new 3A State Indoor Track record in both races.

The BOCC paid tribute to Anthony for his dedication, many long hours of practice, fine performance and accomplishments with the boys’ indoor track team. Congratulations on your achievement, Anthony!

he Calvert County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) congratulated the Huntingtown High School boys’ indoor track team, the Hurricanes, under the leadership of Head Coach Valerie Harrington and assistant coaches Jim Hall, Mike Henshaw, Deb Morgan, Collin McKenny and Adam Scrivener, for winning the 2020 Maryland Class 3A State Indoor Track Championship.

The Hurricanes won both the Southern Maryland Athletic Conference (SMAC) Championship and the 3A South Regional Championship before being named the 2020 Maryland Class 3A State Indoor Track Champions.

The BOCC paid tribute to the Hurricanes for their dedication, many long hours of practice, fine performance and accomplishments with the boys’ indoor track team. Congratulations on your achievement, Hurricanes!
