Fraud- On December 17, 2017, Cpl. Foor# 235, responded to the 44000 block of Aspen Lane, in California, for a report of a fraud. The victim advised numerous fraudulent purchases were made using his credit card. Investigation revealed the purchases had been made by Suspect William Lawrence Crowell III, age 33, of California.
