Laurel, MD- On January 11, 2018 at approximately 9:22 p.m., officers responded to a citizen robbery in the 200 block of Red Clay Road in Laurel. An adult male victim was walking in the area when he was approached by eight juvenile males. The males surrounded the victim and one struck the victim with a baseball bat, causing the victim to fall to the ground.
Several other suspects kicked the victim and took his property. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries as a result of the attack and was transported to Laurel Regional Hospital for treatment.
Officers searched the area with the assistance of the police K-9 unit however did not locate any of the suspects.
Suspects:
- Four (4) juvenile black males, thin build, Afro hair style
- Three (3) juvenile black males, medium build
- One (1) juvenile black male, large build, wearing red shirt
