On January 16, 2018, DFC. McCuen responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, in Leonardtown, for a reported assault. Investigation revealed Duron Matthew Chase, age 30, of Leonardtown, and Francis Xavier Hill, age 21, with no fixed address, had a confrontation during which both Hill and Chase assaulted each other.
Hill and Chase were both charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 2767-18
