  • Great Mills Pool reopens following replacement of the bubble structure and other improvements. Pool opens to the public at 8 a.m.


  • Commissioners of St. Mary’s County weekly business meeting begins at 9 a.m. in Leonardtown. Among the items on the agenda … a request for a public hearing on maps for the Lexington Park Development District Master Plan.   • Spring Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event. 8 a.m. – noon. St. Andrews Landfill in California. Event

  • Maryland Day at Drayden African American Schoolhouse. Event begins with a ceremony at Second District VFD in Valley Lee at noon. Shuttle buses to be provided to schoolhouse site. Complete info:
