The Homicide Unit arrested three suspects in connection with ahomicide in Langley Park in March. The suspects are 43-year-old JesusUrquilla-Guevaraof the 8400 block of 15thAvenue in Langley Park, 32-year-old Luis Sical of the 8000 block of 15thAvenue, and 23-year-old Gilmer Sical-Dubon of the 1000 block of Quebec Terrace. They are charged with the fatal stabbingof 29-year-old Enrique JacintoMiguel of 14thAvenue inLangley Park.

On March 31st,shortly before3:00pm, patrol officers responded to the 1400 block of University Boulevard fora welfarecheck.When they arrived, officers foundthe victim suffering from multiple stab wounds.He was pronounced dead on the scene.

During the course of the investigation, detectives identified the three suspects. The preliminary investigation reveals the fatal stabbing stemmed from an earlier altercation between Sical and the victim.Urquilla-Guevara had admitted his involvement in the homicide. All three suspects are charged with first and second degree murder and related charges. They are in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
