The Maryland Historical Trust(MHT) is pleased to launchanonline tool for searching its ProjectReview and Compliance Logdatabase.As Maryland’s State HistoricPreservation Office, MHT reviewsand comments on projectsreceiving funds, permits, andlicenses from federal and/or stateagencies for their effects on historicand archeological resources. Reviewingover 6,000 submittals each year for a wide range of projects throughout Maryland, MHT tracksindividual submittal requests and response actions in the Log database.

An historic building at the National Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, MD undergoes appropriate rehabilitation work following FEMA’s consultation with MHT staff.

Through thisreadily available onlinetool, customers may now conveniently access current information on their state and federal projects. Agencies, applicants, consultantsand interested others may querythe Log to find out the status of asubmittal, generate a list of projectsmeeting specified criteria, or view aPDF copy of MHT’s response, ifavailable. The online tool providesbackground information about theLog fields and useful search tips.
