Trespassing: On May 17, 2018 Cpl. James Stone responded to 21628 Great Mills Road in Lexington Park for a trespassing complaint. The property manager advised that Loletia Chanelle Morgan, 36, of No Fixed Address and Shuree Sinese Weems, 38, of No Fixed Address were trespassing. Morgan and Weems had no address and no identification and Stone placed them under arrest and transported them to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center where they were charged with Trespassing on Private Property. Protection Order Violation: On May 17, 2018, Dep. Carl Ball responded to the 41000 block of Connelly Street in Leonardtown for a check the welfare. An employee of Leonard Freehold Apartments advised a red pickup truck drove around a gate and into a field and did not return. Deputies found the truck by the McIntosh Run where its occupants were fishing. One of the occupants had a protective order against Kyle Joseph Gould, 23, of Lexington Park who was arrested for Violation of a Protective Order. CASE# 25970-18

Assault: On May 17, 2018, Dep. Benjamin Raley responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center for the report of an assault on an inmate. Raley reviewed the security video and through the small window on the cell door, it appeared a physical altercation occurred between the victim and Elder Adonay Diaz-Montejo, 21, of Leonardtown. The victim sustained a small contusion to the forehead as a result of the fight. Diaz-Montejo was charged with Second-Degree Assault. CASE# 26040-18

Assault: On May 21, 2018, Dep. John Fenwick responded to the 14000 block of Cornfield Harbor Drive in Scotland for the report of an assault. The victim advised that an argument had escalated and Robert Scott Webb, 56, of Scotland threw a can of beer and hit the victim in the head and grabbed the victim’s chest. Fenwick observed signs of injury, arrested Webb, transported him to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center and charged him with Second-Degree Assault. CASE# 26739-18
