The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners, at the recommendation of the Calvert County Government Employee Recognition Committee, recognized Risk Management Specialist Ellen Simpson as the June Employee of the Month. Ellen displays exceptional quality of work and always ensures that employees, citizens and property are kept safe. She regularly holds workshops on accident prevention, investigation and documentation and has educated over 150 employees during the workshops.
