MECHANICSVILLE, MARYLAND (August 3rd, 2018) – Maryland International Raceway ™ (MDIR) is proud to announce that Christopher Higgins has taken over as Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Christopher has been employed with MDIR for four years as an announcer working various events. He has continued to grow throughout his tenure, and has grown significantly since his arrival.
“Four years ago if you told me that I would be in this position, I never would have believed you. This is one of the best tracks in the country and I am getting to learn from a top-of-the-line staff lead by Royce Miller (General Manager of MDIR and COO of IRG Sports and Entertainment). I am looking forward to the new challenges that this opportunity will bring while continuing to grow in my new role” he states. Christopher takes over from the departed Rick Lindner.
