This week we were pleased to once again host a luncheon for St. Mary’s County Public Schools Academy of Finance (AOF) interns! The lunch gave interns the opportunity to talk about their internship experiences with program leaders, employers, and St. Mary’s County Superintendent of Schools Mr. James Scott Smith. TPP hosts an AOF intern each summer. TPP finance director, MaryKay Myers, serves on the Professional Advisory Council for the AOF, which is made up of business, financial, and community leaders who are willing to share their knowledge and experiences to enrich the NAOF academic program. The Academy of Finance is a school of business and management housed at Chopticon High School.
