The 5-7 defender picked up CAC Defensive Player of the Week honors after leading the St. Mary’s College of Maryland women’s soccer team to three straight shutout wins over Eastern Mennonite University, Stevenson University, and Hood College.
Hall was part of a St. Mary’s defensive unit, which posted three shutouts and allowed only 29 shots (14 on goal) over three games, including limiting Eastern Mennonite to six shots (three on goal). She also contributed offensively as Hall converted her first career penalty kick for her second career goal in a 1-0 road win over Stevenson.
St. Mary’s currently leads the conference in goals against average (0.60), shutouts (3), and saves (30). The Seahawks are currently on a 285:43 scoreless streak.
The Seahawks (3-2-0) will be back in action this Saturday, September 15, hosting Haverford College in non-conference action in Seahawk Stadium at 1:30 p.m.
