On December 22, 2018, DFC. D. Smith conducted a traffic stop in the 37600 block of New Market Road in Charlotte Hall. Brian Charles Jackson, age 24 of Lexington Park, who was a passenger in the vehicle, proceeded to expose his genitals and urinate on the ground in the middle of the intersection as vehicles were driving by.
DFC. Smith attempted to place Jackson under arrest, at which time Jackson became combative and resisted arrest. Jackson was taken into custody and charged with Indecent Exposure and Resisting Arrest. CASE# 69750-18
