01/12/19- Dep. Forinash conducted a traffic stop in the 23300 block of Shady Mile Drive in California, and identified the operator to be Kenneth Wayne Abbott, age 47 of California. It was determined Abbott was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol; Abbott was arrested and charged with Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se, Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol.
