In order to be eligible as a recipient of the Senator’s scholarship you must live in legislative District 29, you must have completed your current year FAFSA, and you must have created an MDCAPS account, located on the Maryland Higher Education website.

You must be attending a Maryland institution, and must be in a degree seeking program. Please use the link below to verify you reside in the Senator’s District.

You will need anofficial sealedtranscript either submitted with your application or sent to our office prior to the deadline date.
