The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners recognized Executive Administrative Assistant Leza Hepler as the January Employee of the Month during the board’s Feb. 5 meeting. 

Leza works for the Department of Finance & Budget. She has made many positive changes in her department, including streamlining office procedures and making sure everyone is included in all processes. Leza’s willingness to help others and her upbeat attitude make her a joy to be around.
