News Release, Town of North Beach

ALL “North Beach” (incorporated town limits) residents, OWNERS and RENTERS, must apply for a new beach pass this year.  Town hall will be accepting applications from residents beginning January 28, 2019.  Town hall is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.  And on the following Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 3pm, March 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31 and April 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 27, 28.

IF YOU ARE AN OWNER: Bring proper photo identification and proof of address.

IF YOU ARE A RENTER: Bring proper photo identification and a “CURRENT COPY of your lease”.  

“Town Resident OWNERS, regardless of what your current beach pass says, you must renew your 5 year pass this year.”
