Drug Arrest- On February 28, 2019, Cpl. Pontorno conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 22100 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park. Inside the vehicle was a wanted individual; that individual was taken into custody, and CDS was located.
A search of the vehicle yielded suspected cocaine on the floorboard of the vehicle where Kristina Hope Beggs was seated. Beggs was placed under arrest and charged with CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana. Arrest handled by Dep. T. Snyder# 342. CASE# 12502-19
Violation of Protective Order- On March 1, 2019, Dep. Henry responded to the 23800 block of Ewell Lane in Hollywood for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Alaina Rose Repp, age 32 of Hollywood, reportedly contacted/spoke to the victim after being served a court order prohibiting Repp from contacting the victim by any means.
Repp was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. CASE# 12678-19
Assault- On March 2, 2019, DFC. McCuen responded to the 46300 block of Columbus Circle in Lexington Park, for the reported assault involving a weapon. Investigation determined Marcus Isaiah Peterson, age 29 of Lexington Park, struck the victim in the face. The victim was knocked to the ground and Peterson then stepped on the victim’s throat and pinned the victim to the ground.
A second victim attempted to intervene, at which time Peterson grabbed a pistol from his waistband and threatened to shoot. The victim was struck several more times in the face by Peterson, and the second victim was also struck in the face by Peterson. Peterson then fled the scene; he was located a short time later and arrested. Peterson was charged with two counts of Assault 1st & 2nd Degree. CASE# 12733-19
Assault- On March 2, 2019, Cpl. Ruest responded to the 19000 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault with a vehicle. Investigation determined Trinik Shatega King, age 24 of California, arrived at the victim’s location, and repeatedly drove her vehicle into the victim’s vehicle numerous times.
The victim was not injured in the assault. King was located shortly after the incident and arrested. King was charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 12845-19
Assault/Resisting Arrest- On March 3, 2019, Corrina Lyevette Savoy, age 24 of Lexington Park, arrived on the scene of a motor vehicle accident and began to yell and curse at officers. Officers and emergency personnel were attempting to provide aid, and Savoy’s actions on scene were hindering the investigation.
Savoy was given multiple commands to cease her actions; Savoy refused and punched an officer on scene. Savoy was arrested however continued to resist being placed into handcuffs, and continued to hinder and obstruct the investigation. Savoy was ultimately placed in custody and charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Obstructing and Hindering, and Resisting Arrest. CASE# 13037-19
