News Release, Calvert Marine Museum

SOLOMONS, MD – March 12, 2019 –The Calvert Marine Museum (CMM) and Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center (AMG) are joining forces again to bring Homeschool Day to Solomons on Monday, March 25, 2019. This year’s theme isCelebrate Maryland!Programs are designed for students in grades K-5, but all ages can discover something new. All activities are included with CMM and AMG admission.

Students can expect to spend the day learning about Maryland and its symbols. A morning session will take place at CMM from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. AMG will have lunch space from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Afterwards, participants are invited to continue Homeschool Day activities until 3 p.m. BINGO cards will be available upon check-in at CMM. Students will complete their cards by looking for items at both locations, and return it to AMG for the chance to win a prize.
