Southbound Branch Avenue diverted at Woodyard Road accident at Surratts and Rt5 at the MedStar Hospital

The accident is reported to involve a tractor-trailer and a school bus. We have been informed that there were no children on the bus. It is now reported that two students were on board and transported to the hospital.
