On April 1, 2019 Dfc. Holt responded to McDonald’s in Chesapeake Beach for the report of an individual trespassing. Frederick Emmett Donahue (58) was issued a no trespass warning for that property on February 15th by Dfc. T. Buckler. Donahue was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with Trespassing on Private Property.

On April 1, 2019 Deputy Savick responded to Walmart in Prince Frederick for the report of an individual trespassing. Frederick Emmett Donahue (58) was issued a no trespass warning for that property on March 30th from Deputy Durner. Donahue was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with Trespassing on Private Property.
On April 2, 2019 Deputy Savick conducted a traffic stop on Route 4 at Ball Road in St. Leonard. The passenger, Gina Ann Marchek (40), admitted she just snorted Oxycodone and advised she had more CDS in her purse. A search of the vehicle revealed suspected Hydrocodone, suspected Lyrica, 3 white straws and marijuana.

Marchek was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where she was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia.
On April 6, 2019 Dfc. Fox responded to Plaza Mexico in North Beach for the report of a disorderly subject. Christopher Daniel Wilson Jr. (23) knocked another customer’s drink off of his table and attempted to assault him. While officers made contact with him, Wilson was loud and used profanity.

Wilson was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting/Interfering with Arrest and Intoxicated Public Disturbance.
