From Principal Zach Seawell: Calvert Middle School is pleased to recognize Linda White as our Educational Support Person of the Year. Ms. White was recently selected by the Calvert Middle School administration as our Support Staff Member of the Month and recognized by the Board of Education at the January meeting. Now she was nominated and selected by the entire staff of Calvert Middle School as our Support Staff Member of the Year! What an amazing accomplishment for Ms. White! Ms. White’s colleagues all have positive things to say about her, but one staff member summed up her best qualities with the following four words:

Optimistic, Dependable, Energetic, and Personable.
Optimistic because she is great at helping others see the upside of a situation. She brings laughter and a positive outlook to the workplace and is always able to uplift her coworkers with words of wisdom, encouragement, and advice.

Dependable because she is always there for the students when they are in need. She is a role model and caring adult, and you can always count on her to help students find their potential.

Energetic because even after 20 years, she brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the school every single day. She is an inspiration to the students and her colleagues who often wish they had as much energy as she does.

Personable because she treats everyone at Calvert Middle School like an extension of her family. Both staff and students are comfortable around her, and she shows her genuine care for everyone that she is around every single day.

Calvert Middle School is lucky to have Linda White on staff, and we are excited that she is being recognized as our Educational Support Person of the Year.
