The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On Thursday, May 2, 2019, at 3:15 a.m., the suspect walked up the victim’s driveway at the 40300 block of Laurel Circle in Oakville, opened the victim’s unlocked car door and stole property.
