Clinton, MD- The Homicide Unit is investigating a domestic-related murder/suicide in Clinton. The victim is 46-year-old Anika Browne. The deceased suspect is her boyfriend, 49-year-old Gordon Johnson. They lived together in a home on E. Boniwood Turn in Clinton.

On June 3rd, at approximately 10:10 pm, patrol officers responded to the couple’s home in the 5800 block of E. Boniwood Turn for a welfare check. The officers discovered the victim in a bedroom suffering from gunshot wounds. The suspect was discovered in the same bedroom with what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. They were both pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives are working to establish a motive in this case.
