Prince Frederick, MD – Calvert Hospice is pleased to provide educational seminars to our community. Attendees will learn about topics that impact end-of-life care for patients and their families. Sessions are designed to encourage group discussion. Our next seminar is entitled “Aging in Place” and will be held on July 9, 2019 from 1:00 – 2:30 pm. Calvert Hospice will provide refreshments. The seminar is free.

The location for this educational seminar will be SpringHill Suites (75 Sherry Lane) in Prince Frederick.

Presenter: Tim Cox, Senior Director for Home Based Post-Acute Care Evaluation & Oversight for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield

Mr. Cox will review a variety of services available to help individuals age in place. He will present information about what it means to age in place and some of the benefits available for those in the community who would like to learn more.
