Meet Bruiser, one of Pets In Need’s favorites and “Dog of the Week”

Bruiser is currently at Tri County Animal Shelter hoping to find a family of his own before the July 4th holiday.

This stunning boy is a brown and tan Pitbull mix, approximately 1 year old, unaltered and weighs about 75 lbs.

Bruiser did very well on his shelter assessment:  Food – ate faster when approached but did not show aggression, Dog on Dog – curious and became excited, no signs of aggression, and liked exploring the room with staff and likes toys.

Because Bruiser is a bully breed a Rescue group will be required to pull from the shelter for adoption.

If you’re interested in meeting Bruiser, you can visit the shelter Mon – Friday (12 to 5) and Saturday (10 to 3).   The shelter staff is available to assist anyone interested in adopting this beautiful boy.
