Lusby, MD- On Thursday, June 11, 2019, at 4:18 a.m. the St. Leonard Volunteer Fire Department was alert to a boat fire on Sands Drive. Ten firefighters responded and had the blaze under control in roughly thirty minutes.
The Office of the State Fire Marshal was called out and the incident is still under investigation. The estimated loss is $161,000.00.
