Meet Cola, one of Pets In Need’s favorites and “Dog of the Week”

Cola’s a tan and white female Pitbull (Staffordshire Bull Terrier) mix. She’s only about 8 months old and has plenty of energy!

She would love to find an active family that can take her on long walks in the park, then come home to her nice comfy bed where she can lay back and relax. Of course, she will soon be ready to do it all over again once she is all rested up! She could also benefit from some basic obedience training.

Cola is a happy go lucky girl that is pleased to meet anyone new! Come meet her today!

She did well on her assessment as well. She followed the food bowl with interest and didn’t show any aggression.  Also, when we introduced her to another dog, she seemed curious.

Because Cola is a bully breed a Rescue group will be required to pull from the shelter for adoption.

If you’re interested in meeting Cola, you can visit the shelter Mon – Friday (12 to 5) and Saturday (10 to 3).   The shelter staff is available to assist anyone interested in adopting this beautiful girl.
