MISSING PERSON: The La Plata Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating John Fredrick Vance.
Mr. Vance was last seen in the area of Charles Street and Garret Avenue on August 11, 2019. Mr. Vance is described as being 5-09 tall, weighs 170 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes.
Mr. Vance is known to frequent the La Plata area.
