Please be on the lookout for an 11-year-old light complected black female wearing Halloween leggings and a blue superman shirt.
Her name is Kiara and she suffers from autism. She was last seen at approx. 7:15 pm in the area of Leonardtown Rd and Owens Dr in Waldorf.
