FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s swimming team (1-3) traveled to the University of Mary Washington (3-3) to take on the Eagles on Saturday (Nov. 9) afternoon in Capital Athletic Conference action. The Seahawks dropped the meet 176-76.

How It Happened
- Sebastian Ludwig picked up the first victory for the Seahawks with a first place finish in the 1,000 Yard Freestyle, swimming a time of 10:39.05. Peter Orban followed the performance by winning the 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 54.57.
- Other notable finishes came from Lucas Wheal (3rd – 200 Yard Freestyle, 2nd – 100 Yard Freestyle), Jack Kennedy (4th – 100 Yard Backstroke, 3rd – 500 Yard Freestyle), Anri Cifuentes Robinson (3rd – 100 Yard Breaststroke), Orban (3rd – 200 Yard Backstroke), Andrew March (3rd – 200 Yard Breaststroke), Ludwig (2nd – 500 Yard Freestyle), and Ryan Akhavan (3rd – 100 Yard Butterfly, 3rd – 200 Yard IM)
