Waldorf, MD- On November 9, 2019, at 3:13 a.m. the Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department(WVFD), responded to Merseyside PLace for a reported vehicle on fire.
Ten firefighters arrived and had the fire under control in about five minutes. The Office of the State Fire Marshal was called to investigate.
The preliminary report states that the fire was caused by a component malfunction the engine compartment. There were no injuries or deaths associated with this incident.
The loss of the 2018 Chevrolet Impala is $27,000.00.
