Indian Head, MD- On March 11, 2020, at 12:18 p.m., the Tenth District Fire Department was alerted to a vehicle fire on Dayton Place.

Upon arrival, the fire department found an unknown style of vehicle in flames. It took five minutes to extinguish the fire.

The Office of the State Fire Marshal began their investigation and discovered the fire began on the exterior of the passenger door. The incident is still under investigation.

The estimated damage was $12,000. There were no injuries or deaths associated with the fire.
