Meet Charles who’s currently at Tri County Animal Shelter patiently waiting for someone to spring him from the shelter.
Charles (TCAS) is a black and tan male German Pinscher mix. He is approximately 6 years old. He weighs about 37.9 lbs..
He has been neutered. Charles is a quiet and aloof little man. He prefers not to meet other dogs and spends his time napping and people watching but he’s not a huge cuddler.
Charles would rather go on a walk to discover new things, without fuss and snuggling. He currently needs extra medical attention, and a low activity home.
