Luckie was surrendered to TCAS in December because his owner was no longer able to afford him.
He is only a year old and has plenty of puppy energy. His previous owners said that he is good with children and other dogs.
Luckie knows to sit and is working on commands like down and shake. He is a very smart boy with tons of potential and would excel at obedience training. He would love an active family that can take him on all sorts of adventures!
