PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — A fatal motorcycle crash early Saturday morning claimed the life of a 40-year-old Waldorf resident, Samuel Hinton. The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is currently investigating the incident.
Officers were dispatched at approximately 12:55 a.m. on October 5, 2024, to a crash involving a motorcycle and a sedan near the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Donnell Drive. Authorities say Hinton was pronounced dead at the scene following the collision.
The driver of the involved sedan was uninjured and remained on the scene to cooperate with law enforcement. At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation, as officers work to determine the circumstances that led to the fatal collision.
