Throughout his career, he has been recognized for driving operational excellence and growth, while keeping a strong focus on improving patient outcomes.

Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Christian Education from Bryan College. His academic background in communication and theology informs his holistic approach to leadership and patient care, making him a unique fit for his new role at RCA.
